Yes, You can book and place your reservation on a 24 hour hold, once your travel date is not less than 10 days from the booking date.

Do I have to use only a credit/debit card to book on travelspan.com?

No, you can book on-line reserve your seat and visit any TravelSpan office and pay for your reservation by cash.

Can I select a seat when I make my reservations?

Yes. After selecting your flights and providing the passenger information, you will be given the opportunity to choose among available seats, there may be a small fee for this service with some carriers

Yes, you can get the best rate when you reserve your hotel room on travelspan.com

I made my reservation on travelspan.com or at a TravelSpan office, I can no longer travel, what do I do, do I have to cancel my reservations?

Yes. You must cancel the reservation 24 hours prior to your flight departure. You'll receive a credit for future travel a cancellation fee will be applicable, or a refund for the unused ticket depending on the rules of your fare. You MUST Call Reservations at 718-845-0437 to cancel your reservation.

I have purchased my ticket, and now I need to make a change to my travel itinerary, how do I do this and how much will it cost?

If you purchased your ticket on travelspan.com or at a TravelSpan office, you will need to contact Reservations 718-845-0437 to change your ticket. To expedite your call, have your ticket information available. Ticket change fees vary depending on the carrier. A fare difference may also apply.

What documents are required for International travel?

Each passenger including infants are required to have a valid passport for travel, however passengers should check with the consulate of the country they are visiting to determine what type of documents is required for entry or if a visa is required.

I am no longer available to travel can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

All tickets are non-transferable per the fare rules. Name changes are not permitted.

Where in JFK do I check in for my flight and what time?

Depending on your carrier your terminal may vary, however for TravelSpan flights operated by Vision Airlines you will go to Terminal 1, Area H, for Caribbean Airlines you will go to Terminal 4, for Jet Blue Terminal 5, and for American Airlines Terminal 8.
