This is a small and totally unspoilt island. It is just 22 miles long and is mainly undeveloped. The island is a large producer of spices including nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves earning it the name the “ Spice Island”. The island was created from a nowextinct volcano shaping the mountainous feel of the island. The mountains are covered in rainforests and magnificent waterfalls giving the island a truly tropical feel. The island has a very relaxed feelabout it making it the ideal getaway for those wanting a quieter laid back break.
