I was in the middle of making a reservation when I lost my Internet connection. What do I do now?

• If you did not receive a confirmation screen before you were disconnected then your reservation was probably not completed. If your booking was successful you will receive an e-mail from TravelSpan.com confirming the reservation. If not, you will need to start over to reserve your hotel, package or flight.

How do I book Hotel/ check prices of the Hotel?

• Select the destination first. Click on Hotel links available on that page. It will show list of Hotels. click on the Hotel you are interested in. If the selected hotel is bookable online there will be a 'Book Hotel only' button on the Hotel Description page. Click on it. it will take you to the reservation screen where by you can select room type, number of nights, and date of check in. Click on 'Book Hotel' Button. It will show you availability, and per person prices for the number of nights you have selected. (example: If you are booking for 2 Adults, select 2 in number of adult column and Select 1 double room) click on 'Quote It' Button. Where by you can proceed for booking the Hotel online.
  
  If you do not find 'Book Hotel only' button on the Hotel Description page you can click on 'get a quote'. Fill out the form and you will receive cheapest web quote through email.
